COURSE OUTLINE: The Office Administration program is designed as a developmental short certificate course with possibilities of entry level promotion to those already working in the environment. The course is to equip students with the first level skills required to understand the roles of the Office Administrator. Upon completion of this Certificate course, students will have a greater foundational understanding of what is required to administer the daily duties as an office clerk in view of their own entrepreneurship business, knowledge in Office Administration, as well as, possibilities of entry level opportunities in other companies.
