The Rivers Career College/ RICC is prohibited by law from guaranteeing a position to any student. This is a Non-Vocational Program and does not require approval from Private Career Colleges Act 2005.
The applicant agrees to pay a registration fee with this application. It is understood that the registration fee is not refundable. It is understood that the fees are payable in accordance with the payment plan agreed by both parties, and all such payments shall become forthwith upon a statement of accounting being rendered.

The College reserves the right to cancel the above-named course when sufficient enrollment is not attained. Applicants affected by canceled classes may elect to transfer their application to the next scheduled class, receive a credit for another course.
